Everything working together. People free for what matters.

Oliven Works is a technology company. We connect the systems your business already uses and automate what sits in between. We measure ourselves one way: results.

What we believe

Oliven is the fruit. Works is the rest of the story.

An olive split open in the shape of the Oliven logo: the flesh forms the ring, a drop of oil is the dot in the middle, and the pit comes out of the opening, where the leaf would be.

Every large organization has more potential than it uses: it sits idle between systems that don't talk to each other, in processes nobody revisits, in information typed two or three times.

Half of it is technology. The other half is people.

Technology solves part of that. The other part is people: how teams decide, how a change lands on a Monday morning. That's why we work on both together, with the same care.

A process that frees. A system that disappears.

We believe a good process frees people instead of boxing them in. That a good system is one that disappears: nobody notices it, everything simply works. And that real results are built by people who like what they do.

Our work is about people: the ones who decide, the ones who serve, the ones who choose and the ones who build.

What we do

Technology in service of one goal: results.

We are a technology company. We like the problem nobody wants: making everything work together. Sales, service, billing, data. The result shows up where it counts: in the commercial operation.

  • Systems integration

CRM, ERP, customer service, billing, spreadsheets. We make the systems you already have talk to each other, so information goes in once and arrives right everywhere. No retyping, no sale lost between one screen and the next.

  • Process automation

Proposals, contracts, billing, reports, notifications. What can run on its own, runs, with clear rules and people in charge. Your teams keep the part that takes conversation and judgment.

  • Platforms for your sector

Client dashboards, portals and complete SaaS products. Every platform of ours is born inside a sector and arrives knowing its rules, which no generic software does. Built to last and to grow across languages and countries.

  • Applied AI for operations

Reliable data before any promise. Then revenue forecasting, request triage, document reading and models that point to the next best action. AI where it pays for itself, never as decoration.

  • Change and adoption

None of this works if people don't want to use it. We prepare teams, redesign routines and stay through the transition until the new way becomes the normal way.

How we work

People first. Then process. Then technology.

  1. Listen

We start inside your organization. We talk to leadership, to the people who serve customers and to your customers. Before proposing anything, we understand how things really happen.

  2. Design the change

Together we define where to get to, what changes for each area and how we will know it worked. A plan that fits on one page and that everyone understands.

  3. Build and roll out

Integration, automation, platform and process move forward at the same time, in short cycles. Each delivery arrives together with the people who will use it, already prepared for it.

  4. Operate and evolve

We stay after launch. We follow adoption, measure what we agreed to measure and adjust course with you, quarter after quarter.

Several people work on laptops around a long table, in a space with wide windows.
  • Technology that understands the business.

We speak the language of the people who sell and the people who serve, and we work well alongside your agency: they bring the demand, we make sure nothing gets lost afterward.

  • The scale to keep up with yours.

Dedicated multidisciplinary teams, with hands-on leadership and guaranteed continuity. We work to the governance and security standards a global organization demands.

  • Change that stays.

We measure our work by what keeps working after we leave the room: more autonomous teams, lighter processes, closer customers.

How we roll it out

From the lab to your operation.

In our lab, tools are built and tested every day. When one of them matures, it goes into operation. What changes from one organisation to the next is the size of what it needs.

  1. A ready tool

When the process is a common one, you use what already exists and go live in days. The base is the same for everyone and evolves for everyone at once.

  2. A whole platform

Large operations rarely need a system: they need a set of applications working together, with the brand, the plans and the rules of the house. We roll that set out and answer for it.

  3. Software that is only yours

When the process is what sets the company apart, the work starts before the code: in the design, next to the people who decide. What comes out of it belongs to them, and to no one else.

A colleague in a cap leans over to point at something on a coworker’s laptop, in a workroom full of plants.

The cycle never closes. Every rollout hands new modules back to the lab, and that is where the next platform comes from.

Products of our own

Products of our own. Live, in operation, evolving.

We build, run and answer for them every day, from architecture to support. Each one was born inside a sector, next to the people who use it, and is proof that the house ships, maintains, bills and evolves without breaking.

SaaS · for companies, mentoring and communities

Where people feel they belong, and choose to stay.

Evulora is a private social network for anyone who wants people to love the community where they work or study: a company’s team, a coach’s clients, a mentoring cohort, the members of a community. A feed, courses with certificates, celebrations and recognition make every person feel valued, and the connections made there become a network that lasts. Under your brand, at your own address and on everyone’s phone.

People and culture

Happy people do better work. We take that seriously.

We are engineers, data scientists, designers and product people, from many countries, ages and accents. We hire for curiosity and character, and we make sure everyone has room to disagree, to learn and to go home on time. Our clients notice the difference in the first meeting.

What counts in here

  • Clarity

We say what we think, with respect and without detours. To clients and to each other.

  • Listening

The best idea in the room rarely comes from whoever speaks loudest. We ask before we propose.

  • Curiosity with method

Asking is part of the job. So is testing the answer.

  • Care

For the client, for the detail, for the person sitting next to you.

  • A life outside of here

Nobody does their best work exhausted. Rest is part of the method.

Careers

Work to be proud of. A place to grow.

Engineering, data, artificial intelligence, design and product. If you are curious, like people and want to see your ideas in real use, in several countries, let's talk. Early-career people are welcome.

  • Work that shows

Your ideas become products live in several languages and countries, used by real people.

  • A voice from day one

Few layers, a lot of conversation. Your opinion carries weight from the start.

  • Learning is part of the workday

Time and budget set aside for study, and mentoring from experienced people in technology and in business.

  • The whole world at the same table

Colleagues from many countries, several languages in the hallway and real support for people who come from far away.

Data controller

Oliven Works. Contact for privacy matters: email@oliven.works.

What data we process

What you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone, organization (optional) and the content of the message. And, only if you accept in the cookie notice, browsing data for visit statistics, described below.

What for and on what basis

We use this data only to reply to your contact and follow up on the conversation, based on your consent. We do not send commercial communications unless you ask for them, and we do not sell or share data with third parties.

For how long

We keep messages while the conversation is active and for up to 12 months afterward. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months, unless you ask for deletion earlier.

Who else has access

The providers that help us run the site: hosting and email (DreamHost) and the network that delivers and protects the site (Cloudflare), under contract and with the safeguards required by Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR. The form's bot check is performed by Cloudflare (Turnstile), which receives your IP address and technical browser data only for that verification. When a message arrives, an internal notification goes to our team's phone through the browser's own push service (Apple, Google or Mozilla, depending on the device). That notification travels end-to-end encrypted: whoever delivers it cannot read what is inside. And, only with your consent, Google, for the visit statistics described next.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

If you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics, from Google LLC, to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they go through and where they come from. The legal basis is your consent. Google receives your IP address, technical data about your browser and device and the pages you visit, and sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years and tell one visitor from another without saying who they are. Reports are kept for up to 14 months. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising: Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. Before you accept, nothing is loaded from Google.

To decline or withdraw your consent at any time, use “Cookie preferences” in the footer: measurement stops and the _ga cookies are erased from your browser. Declining changes nothing in how you can use the site.

International transfer

Google processes this data on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. The transfer relies on your specific consent, given in the cookie notice, and on the contractual safeguards Google offers for international transfers, as provided in article 33 of the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to email@oliven.works. If you believe we have not acted correctly, you can complain to the data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).

Cookie policy

The short version

This site has no advertising. Visits are counted by a cookieless tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not identify you or follow what you do on other sites. If you accept in the cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics for visit statistics. If you decline, it is not even loaded.

The cookies we use

From the form (strictly necessary): records, for one hour, that you have already sent the contact form, to avoid repeated submissions. It does not identify you.

Your choice (strictly necessary): analytics_consent keeps for 12 months whether you accepted or declined statistics, so we don't ask again on every page.

Statistics (only with your consent): _ga and _ga_*, from Google Analytics, tell visitors and visits apart for up to 2 years, with no advertising. The details are in the privacy policy.

Changing your choice

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time. If you decline, measurement stops and the _ga cookies are erased.

Third-party resources

Fonts and images are served by us: your browser does not connect to image banks or font services. When you start filling in the contact form, we load Cloudflare's bot check (Turnstile), which confirms the submission comes from a person, without tracking your browsing.

If this changes

If we start using other cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
